As most of you know, my ship pulled into port in Galveston on September 9th, 2008. We were to have a quick crew change, so the next crew could get the hell out of there and head south. Fortunately they did. But being there only a few days prior to destruction really humbles you.
Now being back on the boat here in Alabama, I thought I'd share some images taken from the boat as we sailed into Galveston.
